● 研究方向

主要从事海洋生源有机质的微生物来源与转化研究。运用多种生物化学、分子生物学方法结合生理生态从微观到宏观研究海洋生源有机硫、有机氮的生物地球化学循环的过程与机制。具体包括：

（1）有机硫、有机氮的生理生态功能与环境效应；

（2）全球变化背景下，碳氮硫耦合的过程与机制；

（3）微生物转化关键有机碳氮硫代谢物的途径解析；

（4）基于蛋白结构的分子机制研究；

Research Interests

Focuses on the microbial sources and transformation of marine biogenic organic matter. By integrating various biochemical and molecular biological methods with physiological and ecological approaches, Liu study the processes and mechanisms of the biogeochemical cycling of marine biogenic organic sulfur and organic nitrogen, spanning from micro to macro scales.

(1) The physiological and ecological functions and environmental effects of organic sulfur and organic nitrogen.

(2) The processes and mechanisms of carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur coupling in the context of global change.

(3) Deciphering metabolic pathway of microbial transformation of key organic carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur metabolites.
