China-Malaysia offshore MTA project advances in Malaysian country.

1.In May 2016, Diao Xiaoping (former) Vice President of Hainan University, China and Zhu Jiahua (former) President of Universiti Sains Malaysia College signed the agreement of the China-Malaysia offshore MTA project on behalf of the two universities respectively.

2.In May 2017, a delegation of Professor Chen Yangle fromthe Tourism College of Hainan University, China, held a local media presentation with the leadership of the University College of Southern Malaysia to officially and publicly promote the MTA program outside China and Malaysia.

3.In May 2017, a delegation fromthe Tourism College of Hainan University attended a lecture on local economy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, hosted by the Federation of Hainanese Associations of Malaysia at the level of Dato' and above, featuring Tan Sri Tan Qun Chuan.
