The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China announced on the 28th that in order to implement the deployment of the executive meeting of the State Council, develop new forms of foreign trade, and cultivate new drivers of growth, seven ministries, including the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration of Market Supervision, and the Foreign Exchange Bureau, jointly issued the Letter on Accelerating the Pilot Work of the Market Procurement Trade Mode recently, and set up eight new market procurement trade mode pilots.
The newly established pilot projects are: Tianjin Wanglanzhuang International Trade City, Hebei Tangshan International Trade Center, Jilin Hunchun Northeast Asia International Commodity City, Heyun Market in Suifenhe City, Hejiang Jingdezhen Ceramic Trade Market, Chongqing Dazu Heshui Hardware Market, Xinjiang Alashankou Eurasian Commodity City, Xinjiang Urumqi Border Hotel Trade Market.
Previously, seven ministries including the Ministry of Commerce of China have set up 31 market procurement trade mode pilots nationwide, built a regulatory system of "one delimitation, three filing, and one networking", and supported support policies such as simplified declaration, VAT exemption and non refund. The development of market procurement trade has achieved positive results.
It is reported that, in the next step, the Ministry of Commerce of China, together with other ministries, will guide the new pilot project to speed up the introduction of the implementation plan, build an online information platform, implement supporting policies, continue to improve the level of trade facilitation, promote the sustainable and healthy development of market procurement trade, and help foreign trade maintain stability and improve quality.
