根据《海南大学引进高层次人才高级职称认定办法（修订）》（海大[2021]193号）文件以及人事处相关要求，2023年1月10日南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室召开职称认定教授会议，对拟引进的刘建安、李晓旭、范美琪、卢致远博士的副高级职称认定材料进行评议。会议决定，同意推荐刘建安、李晓旭、范美琪、卢致远四位博士按照“认定副研究员并聘任副研究员”报学校特聘会审议。

现将四位博士的《海南大学引进高层次人才高级职称认定审批表》进行公示（详见附件），相关佐证材料可在国重307办公室查阅。

公示期为2023年2月23日—2023年2月27日。如有异议，请在公示期间以书面形式（署真实姓名）向国重综合办反映。

According to the “Hainan University Recognition Standards of Senior Professional Title of High-level Introduced Talents (Revised)” (Hainan University [2021] No. 193) and the relevant requirements of the Personnel Department, the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea (MRU) held a meeting on January 10, 2023 to evaluate the associate title application materials and determine the titles of talents Jian’an Liu, Xiaoxu Li, Meiqi Fan and Zhiyuan Lu who are proposed to be introduced. The meeting decided to recommend the talents to the special appointment committee of Hainan university for consideration with the results of “recognition and appointment of associate research professor”.

Now the approval forms for the Hainan University Senior Professional Title of High-level Introduced Talents of the four doctors are publicized (see the attachment for further information), and the relevant supporting materials are available in the MRU Office 307.

The publicity period lasts from February 23 to February 27, 2023. If you have any objections, please reflect them in a written form (signed by your real name) to the MRU General Affairs Office during the publicity period.
