随着近几年全球海洋油气资源勘探的进一步发展,海洋深水油气的开发技术越来越完善,如石油钻井工程技术的不断改进,对油气资源的开采利用起到了积极的推动作用。新的海洋油气资源开采技术,对我国实现由近海向深海开发有效的转移,为全面深入的开发海洋油气资源提供坚实技术支持。

With the development of global exploration of marine oil and gas resources in recent years, the development technology of marine deep-water oil and gas has become better, such as the continuous improvement of oil drilling engineering technology, which has played a positive role in promoting the exploitation and utilization of oil and gas resources. The new marine oil and gas resources exploitation technology is effective for China to realize the transfer from offshore to deep sea development, and provide solid technical support for the comprehensive and in-depth development of marine oil and gas resources.

VR AR 技术在海洋油气开发中的应用:在过去几年里,这种技术在电子游戏和仿真模拟中兴起,现在也逐渐应用到海洋油气开发领域,通过使用在线摄像机和WiFi 网络连接,操作人员佩戴有AR 镜片的安全眼镜就能实时查询作业指导,作业更加高效、安全、快速,失误率更低。通过使用在线摄像机和WiFi 网络连接,现场作业人员通AR 设备(眼镜、芯片等)就能看见何处、何时发生了什么故障,大幅度提高了专家解决问题的效率,技术专家现在可以在一天时间内为全球多个油田、多个作业问题提供建议、解决问题。

VR and AR technology in offshore oil and gas development: In the past few years, this technology has emerged in video games and simulation, but now it is also gradually applied to the field of offshore oil and gas development. Through the use of online cameras and WiFi, operators can wear safety glasses with AR lenses to check the operation guidance in real time, and the operation is more efficient, safe and fast with lower error rate. Using online cameras and WiFi, field operators can “see” where and when failures are occurring through AR devices (glasses, chips, etc.), dramatically improving the efficiency of expert’s problem solving that technical experts now are able to advise on and solve multiple operational problems at multiple fields around the world in a single day.

贝克休斯推出CENtrilift PASS 小半径ESP 系统:贝克休斯近日宣布其小半径ESP 系统CENtrilift PASS 正式投入商业应用,该系统主要针对小尺寸井筒及套管修补等复杂完井方案,能够有效优化生产流程、提高采收率,同时降低开采成本。PASS 是目前业内唯一一款生产能力达到50BPD 的小半径ESP 系统,同时为了应对复杂开采状况,PASS还采取了先进的游离气体处理技术。

Baker Hughes launches CENtrilift PASS Small Radius ESP System: Baker Hughes recently announces the commercial application of its CENtrilift PASS Small Radius ESP system, which is designed for complex completion scenarios such as small wellbore and casing repair, to optimize production flow, improve recovery and reduce recovery costs. PASS is the only small radius ESP system in the industry with a capacity of 50 BPD and advanced free gas treatment technology to cope with complex production conditions.

ITT brings intelligent pump speed control & protection system: ITT’s PRO service introduces the intelligent pump speed regulation protection system—PumpSmart PS220, which can control, regulate and protect single or multiple pumps at the same time. It not only has the function of variable speed pump control, but also uses the company’s unique technology to provide protection for the operation of the pump to avoid idling, flow rate drop, cavitation and other problems so as to improve the stability and safety of the pump system. In addition, the system also supports advanced sensorless algorithms to quickly determine the critical parameters of pump operation, helping customers to gain insight into production data and adjust production plans in a timely manner.
