罗笠,博士生导师,海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室高聘教授。主要从事同位素环境地球化学,海气界面元素循环及大气气溶胶颗粒来源和形成机制研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项,海南省重点研发项目1项,海南大学协同创新中心培育团队项目1项;自然资源部第二海洋研究所开放基金和复旦大学开放基金各1项;参与973项目、国家重大研究项目和国家自然科学基金项目等5项。在Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics,Gondwana Research, Environmental Pollution,Science of the Total Environment,Chemosphere,Atmospheric environment,Marine Pollution Bulletin以及《中国环境科学》发表学术论文50余篇,总引用770余次,其中H-index15篇。担任国家自然科学基金评审专家,中国颗粒学会气溶胶专业委员会青年理事会理事。

Curriculum Vitae
Li Luo is a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor in State Key Laboratory of Marine Resource Utilization in South China Sea at Hainan University. His research mainly focuses on isotope environmental geochemistry, marine-air interface element cycling, and atmospheric aerosol particle origin and formation mechanisms. He has led two National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Hainan Provincial key research and development project, one Natural Resources Department Second Institute of Oceanography open fund, and one Fudan University open fund. He has participated in five projects, including the 973 project, national major research projects, and National Natural Science Foundation projects. He has published more than 40 academic papers, including nearly 20 papers as the first author or corresponding author in top international and domestic journals such as Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, Gondwana Research, Environmental Pollution, Science of the Total Environment, Chemosphere, Atmospheric Environment, Marine Pollution Bulletin, and Chinese Journal of Environmental Sciences. He is also a National Natural Science Foundation reviewer and a member of the Youth Council of the Aerosol Professional Committee of the Chinese Particle Association.

1、气溶胶来源解析:基于氮、碳、硫同位素组成、有机单分子和痕量金属组成等对海洋气溶胶和城市气溶胶进行源解析。
2、二次气溶胶形成机制:基于稳定氧同位素以及氮、碳、硫同位素分馏对二次气溶胶形成机制进行研究。
3、大气沉降及其生态效应:基于气溶胶生物可利用物质(氮、铁等)浓度及其沉降速率,估算大气传输并沉降到海洋的通量及其生态效应。
4、海气界面物质交换及其气候效应:利用耦合大气化学模式模拟研究了海洋生物源一次有机气溶胶和挥发性物质的排放;利用区域大气化学模式,结合气溶胶化学组成与气象条件量化了气溶胶的辐射效应。
Research Interests
1.Analysis of Aerosol Sources: The sources of marine and urban aerosols are analyzed through isotopic compositions of nitrogen, carbon, and sulfur, as well as organic monomers and trace metal compositions.
2. Mechanisms of Secondary Aerosol Formation: The formation mechanisms of secondary aerosols are studied based on stable oxygen isotopes and fractionation of nitrogen, carbon, and sulfur isotopes.
3. Atmospheric Deposition and Its Ecological Effects: Based on the concentration and deposition rate of biologically available substances (such as nitrogen and iron) in aerosols, the flux and ecological effects of atmospheric transport and deposition into the ocean are estimated.
4. Material Exchange and Climate Effects at the Sea-Air Interface: The emission of primary organic aerosols and volatile organic compounds from marine biogenic sources is simulated using a coupled atmospheric chemistry model. Also, the radiative effects of aerosols are quantified using a regional atmospheric chemistry model in combination with aerosol chemical composition and meteorological conditions.
