根据《海南大学引进高层次人才高级职称认定办法（修订）》（海大[2021]193号）文件以及人事处相关要求，2023年8月25日南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室召开职称认定教授会议，对拟引进的靳玉蓉博士的副高级职称认定材料进行评议。会议决定，同意推荐靳玉蓉博士按照“认定副研究员并聘任副研究员”报学校特聘会审议。

现将靳玉蓉博士的《海南大学引进高层次人才高级职称认定审批表》进行公示（详见附件），相关佐证材料可在国重307办公室查阅。

公示期为2023年8月31日—2023年9月4日。如有异议，请在公示期间以书面形式（署真实姓名）向国重综合办反映。

According to the Measures for the Recognition of Senior Professional Titles of High level Talents Introduced by Hainan University (Revised) (HNU[2021] No. 193) and the requirements of the human resources department, the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea held a professional title recognition meeting on August 25, 2023 to review the proposed identification materials of Dr. Yurong Jin's deputy senior professional titles. The meeting decided to recommend Dr. Jin Yurong to the school's special committee for review in accordance with the principle of "identifying and appointing associate research fellows".

Dr. Yurong Jin's "Approval Form for the Recognition of Senior Professional Titles of Introducing High Level Talents from Hainan University is now publicly available (see attachment for details), and supporting materials can be found in the 307 office of the MRU.

The public notice period is from August 31, 2023 to September 4, 2023. If you have any objections, please report them in black and white (with your real name) to the MRU Comprehensive Office during the public notice period.
