    招聘 | MRU诚聘全职科研人员和博士后

海南大学是“211工程”和“世界一流学科”建设高校。海南自贸港建设国家战略的实施为海南大学的发展提供了宝贵的机遇。习近平总书记“4·13”讲话,明确提出“要支持海南大学创建世界一流学科”,海南省做出“聚全省之力办好海南大学”的重大决策部署。

南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室于2015年6月开始筹建,2016年7月获批成立建设,是我国第一个针对南海海洋资源进行开发利用和保护研究的国家重点实验室。实验室以国家南海战略及海南省经济社会发展需求为导向,设置五大研究方向:南海海洋生物资源利用、南海海洋化学与生态、物理海洋、南海海洋矿物资源新材料利用、南海海洋动力资源。根据学科建设和发展需要,现面向海内外公开招聘优秀人才。

 

 

 


一、招聘领域或方向

 

1、海洋生物方向:
 

学科方向:

(1)生物多样性:开展南海生物多样性的格局、过程、机制与保护相关理论与应用研究;建立南海生物多样性标本库和信息化平台;组建南海生物多样性专业团队。

(2)海洋生物资源学:开展海洋生物(特别是渔业生物)资源的补充过程、种群动力学,解析海洋生物资源的动态规律及其与环境的关系;开展海洋生物资源资源可持续利用、增殖和保护、海洋牧场相关理论与技术研究。

(3)海洋生物资源化利用:发掘海洋生物遗传资源、种质资源和功能,开展海洋生物资源的多样化和高值化利用的机理与应用研究;开展水产养殖和捕捞产业升级与深蓝渔业理论与技术研究。

专业方向:海洋生物学、水生生物学、水产学、生态学等。


2、海洋化学与生态方向:


学科方向:

(1)海洋化学:碳、氮、硫等生源要素在近岸及开阔大洋的迁移转化过程及机制研究,厘清以微生物为媒介驱动的元素循环的分布、转化、通量及速率。开展不同界面(海-气界面、沉积物-水界面)的物质与能量交换研究。

(2)海洋生态系统应对气候变化:研究现代海洋碳、氮循环过程应对全球变化(暖化、酸化)的响应;开展第四纪古海洋(尤其南大洋、南海、太平洋)与古气候重建,研究古洋流-生物地球化学循环-气候变化之间的关联;滨海湿地蓝碳与碳中和相关技术研究。

专业方向:海洋化学、海洋生态学、海洋地质学、古海洋学、大气化学、地球物理学、海洋生物学\生物海洋学。


3、物理海洋方向:


学科方向:

(1)物理海洋学:在海洋环流、动力、湍流和混合、能量和物质输运等方向开展相关研究。

(2)数值模式的开发与利用:熟悉国际主流数值模型之一(ROMS, POMS等),能独立运行数值模式,熟悉生物地球化学模块优先考虑。

(3)海洋观测:物理海洋观测,海洋监测技术,仪器开发等

专业方向:物理海洋学、海洋观测、海洋数值模拟、物理-生物地球化学耦合模式、流体力学、环境科学/工程、数学、计算机科学/工程或相关专业。


4、海洋矿物资源新材料利用方向:


学科方向:

(1)海洋功能材料:围绕海洋资源利用领域关键材料需求,开展海洋矿物资源利用材料、海水资源利用材料、海洋能源材料、海洋工程装备材料、海洋生态环境材料等材料开发及应用研究。

(2)海洋环境化学:海洋可溶性矿物元素赋存状态、赋存机制、环境迁移动态规律及机制;海洋可溶性矿物与生物分子及生命体化学相互作用机制;海洋可溶性矿物化学提取理论及方法;海洋化学污染物环境毒性机制、监测及检测技术、治理技术。

专业方向:材料科学/工程、海洋环境化学、化学生物学、合成化学、配位化学、应用化学等。


5、海洋动力资源方向:


学科方向:

(1)深海能源与资源开发技术与装备:开展对深海稀有金属核开采技术及装备、深海油气及水合物(可燃冰)开发技术及装备、深海柔性立管及脐带电缆等深海能源开发的前沿共
性关键技术研究、碳收集及深海碳封存技术、以及深海水综合利用研究。

(2)海洋氢能技术及利用:研究新型多孔气液传输层的加工及参数优化,新型超薄多功能高效电极的制备与性能评价,光伏绿氢储能一体化系统的寿命测试与评估。研究具有不同结构形貌、组成和特定暴露晶面合金催化剂可控合成;实现数种具有组分可控和光电化学稳定性高性能催化剂的可控合成,合金催化剂性能评价和构效关系研究,催化反应路径和催化性能改善机制研究,针对光电解海水制氢,研究直接海水制氢催化剂的耐用性和寿命。

(3)海洋可再生能源及多能互补:研究低成本海洋可再生能源系统的设计分析和运行控制,研究面向远海及微小岛礁风浪场特征的风浪能收集和耗散控制,研究以南海微小岛礁为节点的分布式能源互联网,以及研究海洋能源及资源的综合利用和能源项目管理。

专业方向:海洋科学、海洋工程与技术、海洋资源开发技术、海洋油气工程、石油天然气工程、海洋物理、物理海洋、机械设计制造、机电一体化、海洋地质、海洋探测相关专业。

三、待遇  

   
  1、学科带头人、青年学者

(1)职称认定:参照《海南大学引进高层次人才高级职称认定办法(修订)》可以申请职称认定;

(2)人才认定:参照《海南自由贸易港高层次人才认定办法》和《海南自由贸易港高层次人才分类标准(2022)》,可以申请海南自由贸易港高层次人才认定,享受相应人才待遇,如住房补贴等;

(3)薪酬待遇:“基本工资福利+人才津贴+奖励性绩效”三元薪酬:

● 基本工资福利根据职称、工作年限等核定;

● 人才津贴与学校一事一议,通过合同约定;

● 奖励性绩效根据科研产出、工作量和科研经费等核算;

(4)可申请国重自主与开放课题基金;

(5)科研启动经费,根据人才实际需求商议;

2、博士后 


  (1)薪酬待遇

税前23万+/年,包含基本工资、生活补贴和绩效津贴三部分。基本工资为全国博管会日常经费或海南省日常资助经费,现行标准为每人税前8万元/年(仅支持2年,具体标准以国家或海南省的最新政策为准);生活补贴由学校提供,每人税前15万元/年(仅支持2年);绩效津贴由合作导师提供,每年考核后由合作导师根据实际情况发放。

全职博士后可向海南省申报博士后科研资助,资助类型包括研究项目资助8万元和面上资助5万元,具体以海南省最新政策为准;入站后可申请中国博士后科学基金(资助金5-18万)。依托国重申请博士后创新人才支持计划成功者,博后期间学校额外追加工资10万/年。“博新计划”详情请见:https://ha.hainanu.edu.cn/renshi/info/1014/2471.htm

(2)生活待遇

● 全职博士后可申请我校或海南省住房补贴3000元/月,以海南省最新政策为准;

● 在站期间,其子女入托、入学有关事宜享受我校在编教师同等待遇办理;

● 在站期间取得的科研成果可按学校教学科研成果奖励办法申报奖励。

(3)考核优秀的博士后可优先考虑留校任教。

Hainan University is a university of Project 211 and is a “world first-class disciplines” construction universities. The implementation of the national strategy for the construction of Hainan free trade port provides a valuable opportunity for the development of Hainan University. The speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping in April 13 clearly proposed the policy of “supporting Hainan University to create world-class disciplines” and urged Hainan Province to make a major decision to “gather all the resources of the whole province to improve Hainan University”.

The State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea (MRU), set up in July 2016 following preparatory work starting from June 2015, is China’s first state key laboratory specialized in the development, utilization and protective study on marine resources in the South China Sea. In order to meet the South China Sea strategy and the economic and social development needs of Hainan Province as well as to cater to the needs of discipline construction and development, MRU mainly focuses on the utilization of marine ecological resources in the South China Sea, the marine chemistry and ecology, the utilization of new materials of marine mineral resources in the South China Sea, the marine power resources and marine information recycling technology in the South China Sea.

I. Recruitment Field or Orientation

1. Marine Biology

(1) Biodiversity: To conduct theoretical and applied research on the pattern, process, mechanism and conservation of biodiversity in the South China Sea; to establish a specimen bank and information platform for biodiversity in the South China Sea; to form a professional team for biodiversity in the South China Sea.

(2) Science of Living Marine Resources: To carry out research on the replenishment process and population dynamics of marine biological resources (especially fishery organisms); to analyze the dynamic patterns of marine biological resources and their relationship with the environment; to carry out research on theories and technologies related to the marine ranching as well as the sustainable utilization, proliferation and protection of marine biological resources.

(3) Utilization of Living Marine Resources: to discover the genetic resources, germplasm resources and functions of marine organisms; to carry out research on the mechanism and application of diversified and high-value utilization of living marine resources; to upgrade the aquaculture and fishing industry; to carry out research on the theory and technology of deep ocean fishery.

Majors: Marine Biology, Aquatic Biology, Aquaculture, Ecology, etc.

2. Marine Chemistry and Ecology

(1) Marine Chemistry: to conduct research on the migration and transformation processes and mechanisms of carbon, nitrogen, sulfur and other biogenic elements in the nearshore and open ocean; to clarify the distribution, transformation, fluxes and rates of microbial-driven elemental cycles; to study the material and energy exchange at different interfaces (sea-air interface and sediment-water interface).

(2) Marine Ecosystem Response to Climate Change: to study the response of modern marine carbon and nitrogen cycling processes to global changes (warming and acidification); to carry out the reconstruction of Quaternary paleo-ocean (especially Southern Ocean, South China Sea and Pacific Ocean) and paleoclimate; to study the correlation between paleocurrent-biogeochemical cycle-climate change; to study the blue carbon and carbon neutral technology of coastal wetlands.

Majors: Marine Chemistry, Marine Ecology, Marine Geology, Paleoceanography, Atmospheric Chemistry, Geophysics, Marine Biology, Biological Oceanography.

3. Marine Physics

(1) Physical Oceanography: to conduct research on ocean circulation, dynamics, turbulence and mixing, energy and material transport.

(2) Numerical Modelling Development and Utilization: to be familiar with one of the mainstream international numerical models (ROMS, POMS, etc.); to be able to run numerical models independently (those who are familiar with biogeochemical module are preferred).

(3) Ocean Observation: physical ocean observation, ocean monitoring technology, instrument development, etc.

Majors: Physical Oceanography, Ocean Observation, Ocean Numerical Simulation, Coupled Physical-Biogeochemical Modelling, Fluid Mechanics, Environmental Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, etc.

4. New Materials Utilization of Marine Mineral Resources

(1) Marine Functional Materials: to conduct research on the development and application of marine mineral resources utilization materials, seawater resources utilization materials, marine energy materials, marine engineering equipment materials and marine ecological environment materials around the key material needs in the field of marine resource utilization.

(2) Marine Environmental Chemistry: to conduct research on the fugitive state, fugitive mechanism and dynamic law and mechanism of the environmental migration of marine soluble minerals, the mechanism of chemical interaction among marine soluble minerals, biological molecules and living organisms, the theory and method of chemical extraction of marine soluble minerals, and the environmental toxicity mechanism, monitoring, detection technology and governance technology of marine chemical pollutants.

Majors: Materials Science/Engineering, Marine Environmental Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Synthetic Chemistry, Coordination Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, etc.

5. Marine Power Resources

(1) Deep-sea Energy and Resource Development Technology and Equipment: to carry out research on deep-sea rare metal nuclear mining technology and equipment, deep-sea oil and gas and hydrate (combustible ice) development technology and equipment, deep-sea flexible riser and umbilical cable and other frontier common key technologies for deep-sea energy development, carbon collection and deep-sea carbon storage technology, and comprehensive utilization of deep-sea water.

(2) Marine Hydrogen Energy Technology and Utilization: to conduct research on processing and parameter optimization of new porous gas-liquid transport layer, preparation and performance evaluation of new ultra-thin multi-functional and high-efficiency electrodes, and life testing and evaluation of integrated photovoltaic green hydrogen energy storage system; to study the controlled synthesis of alloy catalysts with different structural morphology, composition and specific exposure crystalline surface to realize controlled synthesis of several kinds of high-performance catalysts with controlled components and photoelectrochemical stability; to conduct research on performance evaluation and structure-function relationship of alloy catalysts, catalytic reaction path and catalytic performance improvement mechanism, and durability and lifetime of photoelectrochemical hydrogen-production catalysts.

(3) Marine Renewable Energy and Multi-energy Complementation: to do research on the design, analysis and operation control of low-cost marine renewable energy systems, wind and wave energy collection and dissipation control with the characteristics of wind and wave fields in distant seas, tiny islands and reefs, distributed energy internet with tiny islands and reefs in the South China Sea as nodes, and the comprehensive utilization of marine energy and resources and energy project management.

Majors: Marine Science, Marine Engineering and Technology, Marine Resource Development Technology, Marine Oil and Gas Engineering, Oil and Gas Engineering, Marine Physics, Physical Oceanography, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Marine Geology, Marine Exploration, etc.

III. Remuneration Packages

1. Discipline Leader, Young Scholars

(1) Title recognition: applicants can apply for title recognition according to the file “Senior Title Recognition Program of Introduced High-Level Talents of Hainan University (Revised)”.

(2) Talent recognition: Applicants can apply for Hainan free trade port high-level talent recognition and enjoy the corresponding treatment such as the settlement fees and housing allowance according to the “Hainan Free Trade Port High-Level Talent Recognition Program” and “Hainan Free Trade Port High-Level Talent Classification Standards (2020)”.

(3) Remuneration: basic salary and benefits plus talent allowance plus incentive performance.

l The basic salary and benefits are up to the title and years of service.

l Talent allowance can be negotiated with the university on a contractual basis.

l Incentive performance is based on research outputs, workloads and research funding.

(4) MRU may reward researchers funds according to their scientific research contribution.

(5) Scientific research start-up funds are negotiated according to the actual needs of the talents.

2. Postdoctoral Fellow

(1) Remuneration

More than 230,000 yuan a year pretax, including basic salary, living allowance and performance allowance. The basic salary is the daily funding of the National Postdoctoral Association or the daily funding of Hainan Province, and the current standard is 80,000 yuan a year pretax per person (this policy is only for 2 years for a person, and the specific standard is subject to the latest policy of China or Hainan Province); the living allowance is provided by Hainan University and it is 150,000 yuan a year pretax per person (this policy is only for 2 years for a person); the performance allowance is provided by the cooperative supervisor and will be issued by the cooperative supervisor according to the actual situation after the annual assessment.

Full-time postdoctoral fellows can apply for postdoctoral research grants from Hainan Province, and the types of grants include research project grants of 80,000 yuan and surface grants of 50,000 yuan according the latest policy of Hainan Province. They can apply for China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (grants of 50,000-18,000 yuan) after entering the station.

(2) Living Treatment

Full-time postdoctoral fellows can apply for housing allowance of 3,000 yuan per month from Hainan University or Hainan Province according to the latest policy of Hainan Province.

During the postdoctoral period, the education of their children will be treated in the same way as teachers on staff in Hainan University.

The scientific research results obtained during the period of station can be declared according to the university's teaching and research results award.

(3) Postdoctoral fellows with excellent assessment can be given priority to staying in Hainan University to teach.
