Shouwei Zhou, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, gave an academic lecture to the teachers and students of Hainan University
11月15日上午,应海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室副主任王宁教授的邀请,我国著名海洋油气工程开发专家、中国工程院周守为院士莅临我校指导工作,并在海南大学思源学堂多功能厅为师生作了一场题为《“深海一号”大气田海洋工程建设的创新实践及海南能源发展新机遇》的学术报告。
On the morning of November 15, 2022, at the invitation of Professor Ning Wang, Associate Director of the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in the South China Sea of Hainan University (MRU), Shouwei Zhou, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and famous expert in marine oil and gas engineering development in China, visited Hainan University and gave a lecture entitled “The innovative practice of ‘Deep Sea No.1’ giant gas field marine engineering construction and new opportunities for Hainan energy development” in the multifunctional hall of Siyuan Hall of Hainan University.
报告会由海南大学副校长陈骏主持,南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、材料科学与工程学院、土木建筑工程学院、化工学院等单位师生一百余人参加了报告会。
The lecture was hosted by Jun Chen, Vice President of Hainan University, and more than 100 students and teachers from MRU, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and School of Chemical Engineering and Technology attended the lecture.
周院士的报告内容丰富、非常精彩。报告分三部分:首先讲述了石油与海洋石油工业的基本概念,开采原理和特点;其次以深海一号大气田开发全过程为例讲解了海洋工程的创新实践;最后为海南能源发展提出了几点建议和结合点。“深海一号”作为一个科技自立自强的典范工程,历时20个月,投资235亿建造。“深海一号”千亿方大气田已于2021年6月25日正式投产,每年可稳定供气30亿方,实现了我国油气田自主开发能力从300米到1500米水深的跨越。“深海一号”大气田在国际上首次提出并成功实施了深水半潜式储卸油生产平台和远程水下生产集输系统的全新深水气田开发模式,实现了3项世界首创技术和13项国内首创技术。报告围绕3个世界首创和13项国内首创技术讲述了整个项目的自主设计、建造过程、安全设计以及关键科技创新。
The lecture was very informative and wonderful. The lecture was divided into three parts: firstly, he explained the basic concepts and the principle of exploitation and characteristics of oil and offshore oil industry; secondly, he explained the innovative practice of offshore engineering with the example of the whole process of developing the “Deep Sea No.1” giant gas field; finally, he put forward some suggestions for Hainan energy development. As a model project of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology, the construction of “Deep Sea No.1” giant gas field took 20 months, with an investment of 23.5 billion yuan. “Deep Sea No.1” giant gas field, covering 100 billion square meters, officially put into operation on June 25, 2021, and it could have an annually stable gas supply of 3 billion square meters, independently achieving the leapfrog development of China’s oil and gas fields from 300 meters to 1,500 meters in terms of water depth. For the first time in the world, the “Deep Sea No.1” giant gas field proposed and successfully implemented a new deep-water gas field development model with a deep-water semi-submersible oil storage and offloading production platform and a remote underwater production and gathering system, and owned 3 world-first technologies and 13 China-first technologies. The lecture introduced the independent design, construction process, safety design and key technological innovations of the whole project about the 3 world firsts and 13 domestic firsts.
报告的最后,周守为院士对我校师生深情寄语“海南环抱我国辽阔的南海,有丰富的油气及各种海洋资源,发展潜力巨大!海南大学有能力也有责任为我国南海开发及海洋强国建设做出更大的贡献!”
At the end of the lecture, Academician Shouwei Zhou said, “Hainan is surrounded by vast South China Sea. It is rich in oil and gas and various marine resources, having a great potential for development! Hainan University has the ability and should take the responsibility to make a greater contribution to the development of the South China Sea and the construction of a strong marine country!”
期间,广大师生与周守为院士就海洋资源开发、海洋材料、海洋工程技术等相关问题进行了深入的探讨与交流。在场的师生表示,听了周院士《“深海一号”大气田海洋工程建设的创新实践及海南能源发展新机遇》的学术报告后,对我国深海气田勘探开发取得的伟大成就感到深深的震撼和由衷的自豪,大大开阔了学术视野,也启发了面向国家重大项目实践开展学术研究的科研思路。
During the lecture, Academician Shouwei Zhou and attendees had in-depth discussion and exchange on the development of marine resources, marine materials, marine engineering technology and other related issues. The attendees said that after listening to the lecture, they felt deeply shocked and proud of the great achievements made in the exploration and development of China’s deep-sea gas fields, which greatly broadened their academic horizons and inspired them to carry out academic research for major national projects.
