2022年9月17日，南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室（以下简称MRU）南海海洋化学与生态方向在823会议室召开了“海南海洋环境监测体系与相关产业发展战略研究”中期研讨会。会议采用线上和线下结合的方式进行。参加此次会议的有MRU主任高树基教授、副主任沈义俊教授、金融商务首席顾问余铭哲先生，国家海洋环境监测中心监测处处长姜文博正高级工程师，浙江大学海洋学院陈鹰教授，中国海洋大学-三亚海洋研究院田纪伟教授，山东省科学院海洋仪器仪表研究所李民研究员，自然资源部第一海洋研究所海岸带中心主任刘大海教授级高级工程师，厦门大学马剑教授，海南省海洋与渔业科学院林国尧总工程师，海南大学先进技术与装备研究院执行院长任佳教授，国家海洋环境监测中心赵化德副研究员，自然资源部第三海洋研究所罗阳教授级高级工程师，浙江大学海洋学院江宗培副教授，天津大学宋贵生副教授，以及参与此项目的其它MRU科研人员和学生共计三十余人。会议由高树基教授主持。

On September 17, 2022, the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea (hereinafter referred to as MRU) held a mid-term seminar on “Hainan Marine Environmental Monitoring System and Related Industrial Development Strategy” in MRU Conference Room 823. The seminar was conducted in a combination of online and offline methods. The seminar was attended by Professor Shuh-Ji Kao, Director of MRU, Professor Yijun Shen, Associate Director of MRU, Mr. Mingzhe Yu, Chief Consultant of Financial & Business Advisory Team, Senior Engineer Wenbo Jiang, Director of Monitoring Division of National Marine Environmental Monitoring Center, Professor Ying Chen of Ocean College of Zhejiang University, Professor Jiwei Tian of Sanya Oceanographic Institution, Research Professor Min Li of Institute of Oceanographic Instrumentation of Shandong Academy of Sciences, Professor of Engineering Dahai Liu, Director of Coastal Zone Center of First Institute of Oceanography of Ministry of Natural Resources, Professor Jian Ma of Xiamen University, Chief Engineer Guoyao Lin, Hainan Academy of Ocean and Fishery Sciences, Professor Jia Ren, Executive Dean of Advanced Technology and Equipment Research Institute of Hainan University, Associate Research Professor Huade Zhao, National Marine Environmental Monitoring Center, Professor of Engineering Yang Luo, Third Institute of Oceanography of Ministry of Natural Resources, Associate Professor Zongpei Jiang, Ocean College of Zhejiang University, Associate Professor Guisheng Song of Tianjin University, and other MRU research fellows and students involved in this project, totaling more than 30 people. The seminar was chaired by Professor Shuh-Ji Kao.

会上，余铭哲首席顾问就“科研成果与共同富裕”做了主题报告，他从以下几个方面展开了论述：一、为什么西方国家要遏制中国的经济发展；二、为何科研成果转化必然成为未来的黑马产业；三、为何启动产学研用投五位一体的协作机制。

Mr. Mingzhe Yu, the Chief Consultant, gave a keynote speech on “Scientific Research Achievements and Common Wealth” in the seminar. His speech was conducted from the following aspects: First, why Western countries wanted to curb China’s economic development; second, why the transformation of scientific research achievements was bound to become a dark horse industry in the future; third, why to start the five-sphere collaboration mechanism between industry, university, research, application and investment.

杜川军副研究员做了“海洋环境监测体系与相关产业发展战略研究”项目进展报告，主要从背景简介、项目执行情况、项目调研内容、存在的问题及解决方案和后续工作的安排等方面做了汇报。

罗阳教授级高级工程师汇报了“海洋环境监测产业发展动态”，主要从研究思路与目标、研究内容与分工、主要成果、总结结论和存在的问题等方面进行了阐述。

Professor of Engineering Yang Luo reported on the “Development of Marine Environmental Monitoring Industry” mainly from the research ideas and objectives, research content and division of labor, main achievements, conclusion and problems, etc.

苏剑钟副研究员的汇报主题是“海南省海洋环境监测技术发展评估”，主要从国家和海南省对海洋环境监测体系的规划、海南省海洋生态环境及监测现状、海南省海洋监测体系发展瓶颈及政策建议、海南省海洋产业发展现状、海南省海洋产业发展瓶颈及政策建议等几个方面进行汇报。

Associate Research Professor Jianzhong Su reported on “Assessment of the Development of Marine Environmental Monitoring Technology in Hainan Province” mainly from the national and provincial planning of marine environmental monitoring system, the current situation of marine ecological environment and monitoring in Hainan Province, the bottleneck and policy suggestions of marine monitoring system development in Hainan Province, the current situation of marine industry development in Hainan Province, and the bottleneck and policy suggestions of marine industry development in Hainan Province.
