    中国工程院陈松林院士来我室作报告

CAE Academician Songlin Chen came to MRU to give a report


2021年12月16日,应海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室周永灿教授邀请,中国工程院院士、中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员、鱼类生物技术专家陈松林老师莅临我校指导工作,并以“鱼类重要性状遗传解析和分子育种”为题做了学术报告。本次报告会在南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室举行,由海南大学科学技术发展院院长邹勇华教授主持,实验室部分教师、博士生和硕士生参加。

On December 16, 2021, at the invitation of Professor Yongcan Zhou from the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in the South China Sea of Hainan University (MRU), Songlin Chen, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, visited MRU and gave a lecture on “Genetic analysis and molecular breeding of important traits in fish”. The presentation was held at MRU, hosted by Professor Yonghua Zou, Dean of Hainan University Research Development Office, and attended by MRU teachers, Ph.D. students and master students.

陈松林院士的报告内容丰富、深入浅出。从鱼类养殖现状与存在的主要问题,到鱼类重要性状遗传解析,再到分子育种技术创新,陈院士向本院师生进行了全面系统地介绍。随后,陈院士以其育种团队发现的我国首个鱼类性别特异分子标记、破译我国首个鱼类基因组,研制我国鱼类首款抗病育种基因芯片“鱼芯1号”等为例,分享了其在鱼类基因组解析、性别控制与抗病分子育种研究等方面的研究工作进展。

The presentation was very informative and insightful. Academician Songlin Chen gave a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the current situation and main problems of fish breeding, the genetic analysis of important traits of fish, and the technological innovation of molecular breeding. And he shared his research progress in fish genome analysis, gender control and disease resistance molecular breeding research with the examples of his team’s discovering China’s first sex-specific molecular marker, deciphering China’s first fish genome, and developing China’s first disease resistance breeding gene chip “Fish Core No. 1”.

期间,陈松林院士与实验室师生就水产育种技术等相关问题进行了深入的探讨与交流。此次报告大大开阔了实验室师生的学术视野,拓展了学习和研究思路,加深了同学们对于水产动物育种相关知识的理解,为师生今后的科学研究和新品种开发提供了科研新思路、新方法。

During the presentation, Academician Songlin Chen had an in-depth discussion and exchange with the students and teachers, which greatly broadened the academic horizons of the students and teachers, expanded their learning and research ideas, deepened their understanding of knowledge related to aquatic animal breeding, and provided them with new ideas and methods for their future scientific research.

Introduction of Academician Songlin Chen


陈松林,男,博士,中国工程院院士,鱼类生物技术专家。中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员和水产生物技术与基因组研究室创室主任。现任中国水产科学研究院生物技术领域首席科学家,青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室海洋渔业功能实验室副主任。兼任中国水产学会常务理事和水产生物技术专业委员会主任委员、中国海洋湖沼学会海洋生物技术分会副理事长,山东省泰山学者攀登计划专家,《水产学报》编委会副主任以及Marine Biotechnology、Scientific Reports等国际杂志编委等职务。

Songlin Chen, male, Ph.D., academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, expert in fish biotechnology. He is a research fellow at the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and the founding director of the laboratory of aquatic biotechnology and genome research. He is currently the chief scientist in the field of biotechnology at the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, and the deputy director of the Laboratory for Marine Fisheries Science of Qingdao National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology. He is also the executive director of China Society of Fisheries and the director of the committee of aquatic biotechnology of China Society of Fisheries, vice chairman of the marine biotechnology branch of the Chinese Society for Oceanology and Limnology, expert of Taishan Scholars Climbing Program of Shandong Province, vice director of the editorial board of the Journal of Fisheries of China, and editorial board member of journals such as Marine Biotechnology and Scientific Reports.


长期从事鱼类种质冷冻保存、基因组解析、性别控制与抗病分子育种研究。建立鱼类种质冷冻保存技术体系;发现我国首个鱼类性别特异分子标记;破译我国首个鱼类基因组,揭示性别决定机制,创建分子性控技术;解析鲆鳎鱼变态分子机制,研制我国鱼类首款抗病育种基因芯片“鱼芯1号”,建立抗病基因组选择育种技术,育成新品种4个。建立的鱼类精子冷冻技术、半滑舌鳎雌性特异标记和高雌苗种制种技术以及创制的“鲆优1号”和“鲆优2号”牙鲆新品种等成果已实现了产业化应用,产生了重大经济和社会效益。

He has long been engaged in the research of fish germplasm cryopreservation, genome analysis, sex control and disease resistance molecular breeding. He has established fish germplasm cryopreservation technology system, discovered the first sex-specific molecular markers in China, deciphered the first fish genome in China, revealed the mechanism of sex determination and created molecular sex control technology, analyzed the molecular mechanism of flounder metamorphosis, developed the first disease resistance breeding gene chip “Fish Core No. 1” in China, and discovered disease resistance genomic selection and breeding technology. The sperm cryopreservation technology and other scientific achievements have been applied industrially and have generated significant economic and social benefits.


第一和通讯作者发表SCI论文190多篇,包括Nature Genetics 2篇,Mol Biol Evol及Genome Research各1篇。1997年入选国家百千万人才工程第一二层次人选。曾获国家技术发明二等奖2项(排名1)、国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名2)、中华农业科技奖一等奖2项,获光华工程科技奖、全国首届创新争先奖以及全国优秀科技工作者、全国农业先进工作者、中华农业英才奖等多项荣誉,为我国鱼类生物技术跻身国际领先行列做出了重要贡献。

He has published more than 190 SCI papers as the first author or the corresponding author, including 2 in Nature Genetics, 1 in Mol Biol Evol and 1 in Genome Research, and was selected as one of the first and second level candidates of the “National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project” in 1997. He has boasted two National Technical Invention Awards (ranked 1), one National Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 2), two Shennong China Agricultural Science and Technology Awards (ranked 1), the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, the first National Innovation Award, the National Outstanding Science and Technology Workers Award, the National Agricultural Advanced Workers Award, the Chinese Agricultural Excellence Award, etc. He has made great contributions to the rapid development of fish biotechnology of China.
