    海南氢燃料电池产业发展战略研究启动会在琼召开

Initiating meeting of “Research on the Development Strategy of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industry in Hainan” is held in Hainan


        17日上午,由海南大学主办的中国工程科技发展战略海南研究院2020咨询研究项目“海南氢燃料电池产业发展战略研究”启动会在海南大学国际学术交流中心召开。中国科学院院士、厦门大学孙世刚,海南大学党委常委、副校长范文,国家电投集团海南分公司党委书记、总经理孙群力,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所邢巍研究员,中国科学院上海高等研究院杨辉研究员,济南大学刘宏教授等58位专家学者出席会议。会议由海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室副主任沈义俊主持。

On the morning of January 7, 2021, the initiating meeting of “Research on the Development Strategy of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industry in Hainan” sponsored by Hainan University was held in the International Academic Exchange Center of Hainan University. The meeting was attended by 58 experts and scholars, including Academician Shigang Sun of Xiamen University, Wen Fan, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hainan University, Qunli Sun, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Hainan Branch of State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC), Wei Xing, Research Professor of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hui Yang, Research Professor of Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Hong Liu, Professor of Jinan University. The meeting was hosted by Yijun Shen, Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea of Hainan University (MRU).

    范文对全国各地专家学者的到来表示热烈欢迎,并详细介绍了学校建设发展情况。他指出,在海南自由贸易港建设大背景下,海南大学始终坚持服务国家战略,服务海南经济社会发展,秉持“以服务求支持、以贡献求发展”的原则,积极推进学校治理体系、人才体系建设,推动学科交叉融合发展。他强调,海南氢燃料电池产业发展战略研究项目的设立恰逢其时,这两天,各位专家、学者将围绕氢燃料电池产业化做深入的探讨,期待各位专家学者能够提出真知灼见,为海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、化学工程与技术学院等相关学科建设以及海南省和我国氢燃料电池产业加速发展献计献策。

Vice President Wen Fan extended a warm welcome to the experts and scholars, and introduced the construction and development of Hainan University in detail. He pointed out that in the context of the construction of Hainan free trade port, Hainan University always insisted on serving the national strategy and the economic and social development of Hainan, actively promoting the construction of Hainan University’s management and talent system, and facilitating the cross-fertilization of disciplines. He emphasized that the appearance of the project of research on the development strategy of hydrogen fuel cell industry in Hainan was at the right time. And he hoped that experts and scholars would focus on the industrialization of hydrogen fuel cells and put forward insightful ideas for the development of MRU, School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Hainan University, Hainan Province and China’s hydrogen fuel cell industry.

     孙群力介绍了国家电力投资集团有限公司(简称“国家电投”)和国家电投海南分公司的“三新定位”:尖端核技术应用、综合智慧能源服务和清洁能源开发利用,并围绕氢能产业发展的意义、国家氢能发展的实践、海南省氢能产业发展的设想等方面作题为“为绿色氢能插上智慧的翅膀,打造最靓丽的国家品牌中国3060”的报告。他表示,国家电投将以智慧能源为基石,全方位服务海南,助力海南建设清洁岛、智慧岛和生态岛。

Qunli Sun introduced the “three new positions” of SPIC and its Hainan Branch: application of cutting-edge nuclear technologies, integrated intelligent energy services and clean energy development and utilization. He made a report on the significance of hydrogen energy industry development, the practice of national hydrogen energy development, and the vision of hydrogen energy industry development in Hainan Province, and said that SPIC would take smart energy as the cornerstone to provide comprehensive services to Hainan and help Hainan become a clean, smart and ecological island.

孙世刚围绕电化学能源、氢能源、前沿和挑战作启动会主题报告,详细分析了电化学能源和氢能源发展现状和形势。他指出,以化石燃料为能源的世界是不可持续的,发展清洁可持续能源势在必行,以氢气/液氢为主要能源载体的氢能经济是可持续发展的必然;氢燃料电池是电动车的终极动力电源之一,降低燃料电池的成本及发展加氢站是氢能利用主要努力方向,解决氢的经济性制备、储存和大规模输运是关键。同时,氢能的安全使用不仅要从技术上保障,还要提高大众对氢能安全性的认识。

Shigang Sun gave a speech on electrochemical energy, hydrogen energy, frontiers and challenges, and analyzed in detail the status quo of electrochemical energy and hydrogen energy. He pointed out that the world with fossil fuel as energy source was unsustainable, the development of clean and sustainable energy was inevitable, and the hydrogen energy economy with hydrogen/liquid hydrogen as the main energy carrier was inevitable for sustainable development. Hydrogen fuel cells were one of the ultimate power sources for electric vehicles, and reducing the cost of fuel cells and developing hydrogen refueling stations were the main efforts for hydrogen energy utilization, so solving the economical preparation, storage and large-scale transportation of hydrogen was the key points. At the same time, the safe use of hydrogen energy should not only be guaranteed technically, but also be under the public awareness of hydrogen energy safety.


会上,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所邢巍研究员和广州雄韬氢恒科技有限公司研发总监党岱博士分别作了“兆瓦级 PEM 电解水制氢技术研究进展”和“共商共建共赢共推氢能产业健康发展”的启动会报告,学校田新龙教授作“海南氢燃料电池产业发展战略研究”启动会开题报告。

At the meeting, Research Professor Wei Xing and Dr. Dai Dang of Guangzhou Vision Hydrogen Technology Co. Ltd. gave presentations about “Progress of Hydrogen Production Technology by Megawatt PEM Electrolysis” and “To Promote the Healthy Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry through Joint Efforts”, and Professor Xinlong Tian gave a report on “Research on the Development Strategy of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Industry in Hainan”.

据悉:此次大会由海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、化学工程与技术学院田新龙教授主持发起召开,来自厦门大学、北京大学、湖南大学、吉林大学、兰州大学、海南大学等高校;中国科学院长春应用化学研究所、中国科学院化学研究所、中国科学院物理研究所、中国科学院上海高等研究院等科研机构;国家电投集团海南分公司、新研氢能源科技有限公司、广州雄韬氢恒科技有限公司等共计28家单位,58名专家学者参加了此次会议。与会专家学者就国际国内氢能源发展现状、氢能应用、海南氢燃料电池科技创新方向和应用场景等方面进行了深入的交流和探讨。大家一致认为,在当前形势下,应充分发挥氢燃料电池技术在碳减排、碳中和和海南清洁能源岛建设中的重大作用,更加重视具有海南特色的氢燃料电池场景的发展;应进一步凝练发展方向和特色,助力海南省率先实现全域供能和交通清洁能源化,建成可持续发展、跨界协同的绿色能源岛和国家生态文明示范区。

It was reported that the meeting was initiated by Professor Xinlong Tian of MRU and School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Hainan University, and was attended by a total of 58 experts and scholars from 28 units, such as Xiamen University, Peking University, Hunan University, Jilin University, Lanzhou University, Hainan University, Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, SPIC, Innoreagen, and Guangzhou Vision Hydrogen Technology Co. Ltd. The experts and scholars conducted an in-depth communication and discussion on the status quo of international and domestic hydrogen energy development, hydrogen energy application, and the innovation direction and application scenarios of Hainan hydrogen fuel cell science and technology. Everyone agreed that we should give full play to the role of hydrogen fuel cell technology in carbon emission reduction, carbon neutrality and the construction of Hainan clean energy island, and pay more attention to the development of hydrogen fuel cell with Hainan characteristics. Besides, the development direction and characteristics should be clearer and help Hainan take the lead in realizing the clean energy supply and transportation over the whole island, so as to build a green energy island characteristic of sustainable development and cross-border synergy and a national ecological civilization demonstration area.
