The 18th CIE Young Talents Cultivation Salon was held in Hainan University
12月26日,第18期中国电子学会青年人才托举沙龙在海口成功举办。本次沙龙由中国电子学会主办,海南大学信息与通信工程学院、南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、中国电子学会会员服务中心、《电子学报》编辑部、《Chinese Journal of Electronics》编辑部、中国电子学会青年科学家俱乐部共同承办。沙龙以“多源信息感知、处理与融合”为主题,围绕波形分集阵列雷达、无人机集群自组网、6G无线网络以及MIMO雷达参数估计等方面展开学术研讨。
On December 26th, 2020, the 18th Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) Young Talents Cultivation Salon was held in Haikou. The salon was sponsored by CIE, and co-organized by the School of Information and Communication Engineering of Hainan University, State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea (MRU), the CIE Member Service Center, the Editorial Department of Acta Electronica Sinica, the Editorial Department of Chinese Journal of Electronics, and the CIE Youth Scientists Club. With the theme of “multi-source information sensing, processing and fusion”, the salon focused on waveform diverse array radar, UAV cluster ad-hoc network, 6G wireless network and MIMO radar parameter estimation.
本次沙龙由海南大学信息与通信工程学院副院长王咸鹏教授发起。海南大学副校长陈险峰教授,南京邮电大学原副校长、物联网研究院院长朱洪波教授,南京航空航天大学校长助理吴启晖教授,北京科技大学计算机与通信工程学院院长隆克平教授,西安电子科技大学电子工程学院院长廖桂生教授,北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院执行院长彭木根教授以及来自国内部分高校和科研机构的青年专家代表40余人出席沙龙。
The salon was initiated by Professor Xianpeng Wang, Vice Dean of School of Information and Communication Engineering of Hainan University, who was the participant of the 4th CIE Young Talents Cultivation Salon. The salon was attended by Professor Xianfeng Chen, Vice President of Hainan University, Professor Hongbo Zhu, former Vice President of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Director of Internet of Things Research Institute, Professor Qihui Wu, Assistant to the President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Professor Keping Long, Dean of School of Computer & Communication Engineering of University of Science and Technology Beijing, Professor Guisheng Liao, Dean of School of Electronic Engineering of Xidian University, Professor Mugen Peng, Executive Dean of School of Information and Communication Engineering of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, as well as young scholars from domestic universities and research institutes.

开幕式由海南大学信息与通信工程学院院长黄梦醒教授主持。陈险峰副校长在致辞中表示,多源信息感知、处理与融合技术的研究在航空、智慧海洋、智慧旅游、海南自由贸易港建设等方面具有巨大的应用价值,应大力开展这方面的研究,他希望通过沙龙能够进一步加强学术交流与合作,实现共同发展与进步。隆克平教授寄语中鼓励广大青年要有理想、有本领、有担当,工作中要不畏困难、勇于探索、不懈奋斗,争取早日成为我国电子信息领域的科技领军人才。
The opening ceremony was hosted by Professor Mengxing Huang, Dean of School of Information and Communication Engineering of Hainan University. Professor Xianfeng Chen said in his speech that the research of multi-source information sensing, processing and fusion technology had great application value in aviation, smart ocean, smart tourism, and construction of Hainan free trade port, etc. He hoped that the salon could further strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation and achieve common development and progress. Professor Keping Long encouraged the youth to have ideals, ability, and a strong sense of responsibility, and to explore and strive unremittingly to become the leading scientific and technological talents in the field of electronic information in China as soon as possible.

报告环节由隆克平教授主持,廖桂生教授、吴启晖教授和彭木根教授分别作了题为《波形分集阵列雷达距离依赖方向图技术》、《大规模无人机集群认知自组网》和《意图驱动的6G无线网络-协同智简》的特邀报告,王咸鹏教授和北京理工大学高镇副教授分别围绕各自领域作了题为《MIMO雷达参数估计技术》和《大规模MIMO系统海量设备高效接入》的学术报告。
The report session was hosted by Professor Keping Long. Professor Guisheng Liao, Professor Qihui Wu and Professor Mugen Peng gave reports entitled “Waveform Diverse Array Radar Directional Distance Map Technology”, “Large Scale UAV Cluster Cognitive Ad-hoc Network” and “Intent Driven 6G Wireless Network” respectively. Professors Xianpeng Wang and Associate Professor Zhen Gao of Beijing University of Technology gave academic presentations entitled “MIMO Radar Parameter Estimation Technology” and “Efficient Access to Massive Devices in Large-Scale MIMO Systems” respectively.

在互动交流环节,专家们分别从波形分集阵列雷达、无人机集群自组网、6G无线网络、青年人才发展等方面进行了深入的探讨。与会专家分别结合自身的科研实践经历与被托举人进行了交流互动、分享了个人经验。两位被托举人也分享了自己工作和科研方面的心得体会,并希望通过沙龙这样的活动让更多的年轻人受益,同时也号召更多的青年朋友在工作中应当保持格局、兼具情怀、充满干劲。
After the presentations, experts discussed in depth from waveform diverse array radar, UAV cluster ad-hoc network, 6G wireless network, and young talents development respectively. The participating experts shared their experiences and hoped that more young people would benefit from such activities as the salon, and also called on more young scholars to keep enthusiasm and energy.
