益生菌是一类可以提高宿主鱼类健康水平的微生物,具有促进鱼类生长,提高饲料效率,调整水生动物肠道菌群,增强水生动物免疫力和抗病力等作用。宿主来源的益生菌具有更好的益生作用和安全性。针对我国南方深水网箱养殖品种卵形鲳鲹的重大流行性细菌疾病,本研究通过溶血、产胞外酶和病原菌拮抗能力和肠道定植能力等,从健康的卵形鲳鲹肠道中筛选得到一株短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilusA97),具有不溶血,较强的胞外蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性,对哈维弧菌等病原具有较强拮抗活性,采用拌料投喂的方式,可显著降低卵形鲳鲹饲料系数,显著提高增重率和特定生长率,显著提高非特异性免疫力和增强抗病力。该研究为卵形鲳鲹肠道微生物的开发与利用提供了理论依据,为卵形鲳鲹饲用微生物制剂研制和构建深水网箱健康养殖模式奠定了基础。
Probiotics are a class of microorganisms that can improve the health of host fish, with the functions of promoting fish growth, improving feed efficiency, adjusting the intestinal flora of aquatic animals, and enhancing the immunity and disease resistance of aquatic animals. Probiotics originating from hosts have better effects and are safer. In response to the major epidemic bacterial diseases of Trachinotus ovatus, a strain of Bacillus pumilus A97 from the intestine of healthy Trachinotus ovatus was screened through hemolysis, exoenzyme and pathogen antagonism and intestinal colonization ability. The study finds that Bacillus pumilusA97, with the abilities of non-hemolysis, strong extracellular protease and amylase activities, and strong antagonistic activity against such pathogens as Vibrio harveyi, can significantly reduce feed coefficient, increase weight gain rate and specific growth rate, improve non-specific immunity and disease resistance ability of Trachinotus ovatus by the feeding means of mixing fodder. All in all, this study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of gut microorganisms of Trachinotus ovatus and lays the foundation for the development and construction of a healthy cultivation model in deep-water net tanks by microbial preparations feeding Trachinotus ovatus.
