 国家重大科研基础设施和大型科研仪器是用于探索未知世界、发现自然规律、实现技术变革的复杂科学研究系统，是引领前沿科技创新、吸引顶尖人才的重要手段。

南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室仪器公共平台是海南大学大型仪器共享管理平台重要组成部分之一，面积1600多平方米，仪器设备80台套，总值约4500余万元的仪器设备，包括场发射扫描电子显微镜（配能谱）、X射线光电子能谱仪、原子力显微镜、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪、X-射线粉末衍射仪等大型设备，同时具有拉曼、红外、荧光、紫外-可见光等一系列光谱类仪器，以及高效液相色谱仪、流式细胞仪、倒置荧光显微镜、荧光定量PCR仪、同步热分析仪、比表面积及孔径分析仪等先进仪器和设备，为广大师生提供在材料学、化学、生物学等学科准确、快速的测试服务。

国家重点实验室实验设备公共平台一直以开放共享为服务宗旨，为基础科学研究提供充分的测试服务，支撑国家、省部以及各类研究项目的顺利实施。

目前，平台上20万元以上的设备已实现网上预约，可完成统一身份认证、校外人员注册、仪器信息发布与检索、在线预约、在线转账（资金冻结）、统一结算以及仪器监控、效益考核、统计分析等功能。平台施行统一管理、资源共享、有偿服务。平台所有仪器在完成教学科研本职工作外，面对校内外提供有偿的开放服务。

National major scientific research infrastructure and large scientific research instruments are complex scientific research systems to explore the unknown world, discover the laws of nature and achieve technological change, and are important means to lead cutting-edge scientific and technological innovation and attract top talent.

Public Platform for Experimental Instruments of State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in the South China Sea (MRU) is one of the important components of Hainan University Large Instrument Sharing Service Platform, with an area of more than 1,600 square meters. There are 80 sets of instruments and equipment, with a total value of about 45 million yuan, including field emission scanning electron microscope (with energy spectrum), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, atomic force microscope, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, powder X-ray diffractometer, Raman spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, fluorescence spectrometer, UV-Vis spectrometer, high performance liquid chromatography, flow cytometer, fluorescent inverted microscope, fluorescence quantitative PCR, simultaneous thermal analyzer, and surface area and pore size analyzer, which can provide accurate and rapid testing service in materials science, chemistry, biology and other disciplines for teachers and students.

The Platform has always adhered to the principles of openness and sharing, providing adequate testing services for basic scientific research and supporting the smooth implementation of national, provincial and ministerial as well as various research projects.

At present, online reservation has been realized for equipment whose value is over 200,000 yuan. The platform has functions such as identity authentication, off-campus personnel registration, instrument information release and retrieval, online reservation, online transfer (fund freezing), unified settlement, instrument monitoring, benefit assessment and statistical analysis. And the platform implements unified management, resource sharing and paid services. All instruments on the platform provide paid services for research fellows both inside and outside of Hainan University.
