The 2022 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application (Sub-Forum in Hainan) was crowned with success

11月8日，在中国教育部、海南省人民政府的指导下，由教育部学校规划建设发展中心主办，海南省教育厅和海南大学联合承办的2022国际产学研用合作会议（海南）通过线上线下相结合的方式，在海南大学国际学术交流中心成功举办。南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、药学院共同承办海洋科学与全健康分论坛。

On November 8, 2022, under the guidance of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of Hainan Province, the 2022 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application (Sub-Forum in Hainan) which was sponsored by the National Center for Schooling Development Programme of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and jointly organized by the Education Department of Hainan Province and Hainan University was successfully held at the International Academic Exchange Center of Hainan University through a combination of online and offline methods. The State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in the South China Sea (MRU) and the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Hainan University co-hosted the Marine Science and One Health (Biomedicine) sub-forum.

分论坛邀请了美国、俄罗斯、英国、中国澳门等海内外数十位专家学者参会进行交流，会议由海南大学药学院院长罗海彬教授、俄罗斯工程院院士、海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室副主任王宁教授主持。受新冠肺炎疫情形势影响，学术报告以线上报告形式进行。

The sub-forum had invited dozens of experts and scholars from the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, Macao and other countries or regions at home and abroad. The conference was hosted by Prof. Haibin Luo, Dean of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Hainan University, and Professor Ning Wang, foreign academician of Russian Academy of Engineering and Associate Professor of MRU. Affected by the COVID-19, the academic reports were given online.

The International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application aims to promote the high-quality development of education’s going global, facilitate the in-depth cooperation and integration of industry, education, research and application among  universities, research institutes and enterprises in China with those in other countries or regions, implement high-level joint training programs for graduate students, and help build high-quality partnerships worldwide.

此次会议的举办广泛吸引各校师生积极参与，反响热烈，并有效促进我校师生与学界领军人物的思想交流，跟进学术前沿。且此次会议成功促进了企校合作，有助于推动南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室创新发展，赋能海南自贸港建设，走向国际化。

The conference had been actively participated by teachers and students from various universities and had received positive responses. It effectively promoted the exchange of ideas among teachers and students in Hainan University and academic leaders in related research fields, thus helping teachers and students in Hainan University follow up the academic frontier. The conference successfully improved the cooperation between enterprises and universities, helped to promote the innovative development of MRU, and empowered the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port to go global.
