2021中国化工学会年会将于2021年9月24~26日在沈阳市召开。年会以“科技赋能·创新引领·绿色发展”为主题，设置开幕式暨主论坛、高端学术特邀报告会、30个专题分论坛及特色论坛、“2021中国化工科技创新展览会暨化工仪器、实验室设备展”等丰富的专题及配套活动，会议规模约3000人。

The 2021 Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China (CIESC) Annual Meeting will be held in Shenyang from 24 to 26 September 2021. With the theme of “Science and Technology Empowerment, Innovation Leading, Green Development”, the meeting will set up the opening ceremony, main forum, high-end academic lectures, 30 thematic sub-forums, special forums, and “2021 China Science and Technology Innovation Exhibition of Chemical Industry and Engineering and Chemical Instruments and Laboratory Equipment Exhibition” and other supporting activities. There will be about 3,000 people in the venue.

为促进氢能与燃料电池技术商业化发展，海南大学南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室、海南大学化学工程与技术学院和中国化工学会储能工程专委会将共同主办年会“氢能与燃料电池”分论坛，由厦门大学孙世刚院士担任大会主席、海南大学田新龙教授担任大会秘书长。

In order to promote the commercialization of hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology, the State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in the South China Sea of Hainan University, School of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Hainan University and the Special Committee of Energy Storage Engineering of CIESC will co-host the sub-forum called “Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell”, with Academician Shigang Sun of Xiamen University as the chairman and Professor Xinlong Tian of Hainan University as the secretary-general of the conference.

本次会议将邀请协会（学会）领导、院士、行业知名专家学者及企业代表，就国家相关政策和技术发展、行业科技发展目标和任务进行全面深入的探讨，总结国内外近期开发的氢能与燃料电池先进生产工艺和关键技术，指导我国氢能与燃料电池产业升级，推动我国能源结构调整和可持续发展，期待专家老师和技术人员踊跃参加。征稿范围包括但不限于：质子交换膜、固态氧化物及熔融碳酸盐燃料电池关键科学与技术；氢能制备及产业化装置关键科学与技术。优秀稿件将推荐至中文核心期刊《储能科学与技术》2021年11月出版的“氢能与燃料电池专刊”发表。现将有关事项通知如下。

The meeting will invite leaders of CIESC, academicians, famous experts and scholars in the field and representatives of enterprises to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on national policies and technology development, industrial science and technology development goals and tasks, summarize the recently developed hydrogen energy and fuel cell advanced production processes and key technologies at home and abroad, guide the upgrading of China’s hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry, and promote China’s energy structure adjustment and sustainable development. We look forward to the participation of experts and technicians nationwide. The topics of the paper solicitation include but are not limited to key science and technology of proton exchange membrane, solid oxide and molten carbonate fuel cells, and key science and technology of hydrogen energy preparation and industrialization devices. The outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in the special issue of “Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cells” in November 2021 in the Chinese core journal “Energy Storage Science and Technology”. The academicians and scholars of Chinese Association for Science and Technology, important international organizations, science and technology field, academic field and industrial field at home and abroad will be invited.

2. Award Ceremony

The 2021 CIESC Science and Technology Award, Hou Depeng Chemical Science and Technology Award and CIESC Fellowship will be awarded.

3. High-End Academic Lecture

8-10 academicians from home and abroad will be invited to give lecturers on international frontier academic research and forward-looking research on strategic development of chemical science.
