一、实验室简介

南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室是海南省目前唯一依托高校的国家级重点实验室，实验室以国家南海战略及海南省经济社会发展需求为导向，主要开展南海海洋生物资源利用、南海海洋矿物资源新材料利用和南海海洋信息资源化技术研究。实验室立足国内，面向世界，通过强化建设，多学科交叉融合，推进超常发展，建设一个高端、开放的国家级重点实验室，为国家的南海战略、为海南省从“海洋面积大省”成为“海洋经济大省”，提供坚实的科技支撑和人才支撑。

二、招聘岗位及条件

I. Introduction to State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea

The State Key Laboratory of Marine Resources Utilization in South China Sea (MRU) is the only state key laboratory in Hainan Province that is based on a university. In order to meet the South China Sea strategy and the economic and social development needs of Hainan Province, MRU mainly focuses on the utilization of marine biological resources in the South China Sea, the utilization of new materials of marine mineral resources in the South China Sea and marine information recycling technology in the South China Sea. As a China-based institute with a global outlook, MRU provides solid scientific and technological support and talents for the national strategy in the South China Sea and for the transformation of Hainan Province from the “province with a large marine area” to the “province with a large marine economy” through strengthening construction, multidisciplinary cross-fertilization, and extraordinary development.

II. Positions and Requirements

MRU will hire 30 full-time scientific research fellows from home and abroad.

Basic Requirements for the Positions:

1. Being physically and mentally healthy, pragmatic and rigorous, and having an outstanding capacity for scientific research and team cooperation.

2. Ph.D. (the relevant certificates must be obtained before July 2018).

3. Meeting the specific job requirements described in the table above, and the age restriction of particularly outstanding candidates can be appropriately relaxed (category of talents can be found in the Hainan University Talent Introduction Policies).
